Description
Apartment house is located just a short walk from the beach and a 10-minute stroll from downtown. Guests have access to a shared garden with barbecue facilities.
Apartment Zana in Krk is located on the second floor and offers 40 m² of comfortable, well-equipped living space for up to three guests. It is an ideal choice for couples or small families looking for a holiday apartment in Krk near the sea with a balcony and partial sea view.
The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a living area with an extra sleeping option. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. A covered balcony with seating provides the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening while watching the sunset.
NOTE: For stays shorter than 3 days, the price increases by 30%.
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the air conditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use
- Baby cot is available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Pets are welcome ONLY by prior arrangement. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
