33A3 - Apartment Angela Azzurro
Apartment nr. 3 is situated on the second floor and with a total area of 50 square meters the apartment provides ideal accommodation for four persons. Apartment consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and living room. Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and all necessary kitchenware. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
The house has limited own parking space in the yard and the guests can park for free at the public parking close to the house.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- A baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply)
- Guests are kindly asked to clean the barbecue area after use
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
