​Object is located in the center of the town of Krk, less than two minutes walking distance from the main promenade, restaurants and bars. The house consists of four spacious and fully equipped apartments.

Apartment No. 2 is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and living room. Upon request a folding bed can be placed in the bedroom for an additional guest. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The living room offers direct access to the furnished terrace with a beautiful view of the garden.

Apartment has a separate entrance.
The apartment is partially adapted for people with disabilities (no stairs, walk-in shower).
