​Object is located in the center of the town of Krk, less than two minutes walking distance from the main promenade, restaurants and bars. The house consists of four spacious and fully equipped apartments.

Apartment nr.1 is situated on the first floor and it can accommodate 4 persons in  2 bedrooms. Upon request a folding bed can be placed in one of the bedrooms for an additional guest. The living room provides direct access to the furnished balcony with the view of the old town and  bell tower. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and an extra toilet. Both bedrooms have exits to the balcony with a sea view. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge, dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
