Description
Conveniently located within walking distance to the restaurants, bars and main promenade our lovely studio is perfect choice for your next holiday on island Krk.
This pleasantly furnished lovely studio is fully equipped and intended only for two people. Double bed, kitchenette and dining table, all in one space, and a covered terrace is equipped with a table and chairs and an electric grill.
Kitchen is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator and basic kitchen utensils.
Smoking is allowed only outside the unit.
Please note: Pets are not allowed in the studio.
House rules:
- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
