Description
Object is situated in a quiet area, five minutes walk from the public beach Koralj. A shared barbecue area is at guests' disposal. Close at hand you will find a restaurant, bar and food store.
Apartment nr. 1 is situated on the ground floor, semi-basement and consists of a living room, two separate bedrooms and bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware. The covered terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for all guests. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony. NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House rules:
- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- A baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply)
- Guests are kindly asked to clean the barbecue area after use
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
- Pets are welcome only with prior notice and at an additional fee. Guests bringing pets are fully responsible for them and must not leave them unattended in the unit for extended periods, especially if this may cause distress or disturbance
