Description
Object is located in the center of the town of Krk, less than two minutes walking distance from the main promenade, restaurants and bars. The house consists of four spacious and fully equipped apartments.
Apartment nr. 3 is situated on the first floor and with a total area of 40 square meters, the apartment provides ideal accommodation for 2 persons. Upon request a folding bed can be placed in the bedroom for an additional guest. Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator and all necessary kitchenware. The living room provides direct access to the furnished balcony with a partial sea view. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House rules:
- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
- Pets are welcome only with prior notice and at an additional fee. Guests bringing pets are fully responsible for them and must not leave them unattended in the unit for extended periods, especially if this may cause distress or disturbance
