Description
Located just a few steps from the town promenade and the beach, Apartment Val nr. 2 offers a comfortable, modern and peaceful stay in the town of Krk.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a family house and is ideal for two guests, with the possibility of accommodating a child.
It features a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a bright and spacious living room, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and all necessary kitchenware.
From the living room, you can access a private balcony overlooking the garden greenery — a perfect place for morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
Note: For stays shorter than 3 days, the price increases by 30%.
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged
- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay
