Conveniently located within walking distance to the public beach, restaurants, bars and main promenade the unit is the perfect choice for your next holiday on the island of Krk.
Apartment is situated on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms and open plan kitchen living room. The bathroom is contemporary as the rest of the apartment and features a walk-in shower, washing machine and hair dryer. The open-concept living room with direct access to the lovely balcony equipped with a sitting garniture offers a lovely view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and includes a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. When you arrive, the apartment will be polished to perfection and clean towels and bedding will be ready for you to enjoy your stay.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- A baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply)
- Guests are kindly asked to clean the barbecue area after use
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
