The house is situated at a very convenient location, in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes on foot away from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the downtown. A shared garden with barbecue facilities is at guests' disposal.
Apartment 2+1 is located on the first floor and with a total area of 45 square meters provides ideal accommodation for up to three persons. Apartment consists of a one bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom and an extra toilet. There is a large enclosed patio for your sole use, equipped with a table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchenware. 

Apartment has a separate entrance. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
