The living room provides direct access to a lovely, covered balcony with a sea view.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric stove with three ceramic hobs, a filter coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a kettle. The bathroom is modern and stylish, featuring a walk-in shower, a washbasin, and a hair dryer.

Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.

Pets up to 15 kg are welcome only with prior notice and at an additional fee. Guests bringing pets are fully responsible for them and must not leave them unattended in the unit for extended periods, especially if this may cause distress or disturbance
