Description
Object is situated in an attractive location and is a ten minutes walk to the downtown. The house offers accommodation in four stylishly furnished apartments with a heated salt water swimming pool and children's playground. Close at hand you will find a restaurant, bar and food store.
Apartment nr. 1 is located on the ground floor and with a total area of 85 square metres, the apartment provides ideal accommodation for 4 persons. Apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room with pull-out sofa bed (materasse firm polyurethane foam base with a cool gel memory foam), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washing machine and an extra toilet. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and includes microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine. The terrace is provided with a table, chairs and sun umbrella.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House rules:
- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- A baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply)
- The heated swimming pool is available seasonally from 1st of May to 1st of October
- Use of the swimming pool is at guests’ own risk. Children must always be supervised by an adult
- Guests are kindly asked to clean the barbecue area after use
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
