Enjoy your stay in our charming Studio Apartment Blue, located in the peaceful ground floor — just steps from the main promenade and within a short walk from the beach.
This fully equipped and air-conditioned studio is designed exclusively for two people, offering everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The sleeping area is pleasantly separated from the kitchen and dining space, creating a cosy and functional layout. A highlight of the studio is its shaded terrace surrounded by lush greenery and Mediterranean plants — an inviting retreat for morning coffee, reading or unwinding after a day by the sea.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace.
Note: For stays shorter than 3 days, the price increases by 30%.
- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- A baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply)
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
