Description
Object is situated a few minutes walk from the public beach Porta Pizana and is a great spot for relaxing and exploring the beauties of Krk. The house offers accommodation in two apartments.
Apartment nr. 2 is situated on the second floor and with a total area of 40 square meters, the apartment provides an ideal accommodation for 2 people. There is a possibility for situating one adult person on the living room sofa bed that opens out into a bed of size 80cm x 190cm. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, filter coffee maker, electric kettle and all necessary kitchenware. The living room provides access to the terrace with a partial sea view. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House rules:
- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- A baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply)
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
