The house is situated at a very attractive location and close to restaurant, supermarket, beach and main promenade.
Holiday home 4+1 spreads over two levels and with a total area of 55 square meters, the apartment provides ideal accommodation for 4 persons. There is a possibility of accommodating one guest in the living room on a sofa bed that opens into a bed of size 140cm x 190cm. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, coffee maker and all necessary kitchenware. Bathroom is completed with a standard appliance and includes a bathtub, sink and washing machine. The living room provides direct access to the furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing at sunset with a glass of wine. The higher level consists of two bedrooms, each with a direct access to the balcony. Apartment has a separate entrance. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- A baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply)
- Guests are kindly asked to clean the barbecue area after use
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
- Late check-in (after 9:00 PM) is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. An additional fee of EUR 20.00 applies for arrivals after 9:00 PM
