Holiday Home Tempera is a two-storey holiday home offering 55 m² of comfortable living space, ideal for up to 4 guests. An additional guest can be accommodated in the living room on a sofa bed that converts into a 140 x 190 cm bed.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and all essential kitchenware for a pleasant stay. The bathroom features standard amenities such as a bathtub, sink, and washing machine. The living room opens directly onto a furnished terrace. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms, each with direct access to a private balcony.
Shops, restaurants, and cafés are just a short walk away, making this home an excellent choice for guests who value comfort and convenience.
- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- A baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply)
- Guests are kindly asked to clean the barbecue area after use
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
- Late check-in (after 9:00 PM) is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. An additional fee of EUR 20.00 applies for arrivals after 9:00 PM
