The house is situated in the village of Skrbčići, in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Apartment Marina Blue is located on the ground floor and covers a total area of 40 square meters, offering comfortable accommodation primarily for two guests. The apartment features one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Guests can enjoy a spacious covered terrace for private use, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware. Upon arrival, clean towels and fresh bed linen will be provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment has a separate private entrance. Smoking is permitted only outdoors, on the terrace or balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water.
- Baby cot is available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Pets up to 15 kg are welcome upon prior notice. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged - Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay
