Nestled in a charming and picturesque part of the Town of Krk, this inviting studio features a double bed and compact kitchenette - all within a thoughtfully arranged open space. The house is ideally located, just a short 5-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute stroll from the town center. Guests have access to a spacious terrace, surrounded by lush Mediterranaean vegetation, offering a peaceful setting for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Please note:
- Smoking is permitted only on the terrace or balcony.
- Unit is not suitable for children under 2 years, as there is no space for a cot.
- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
