Description
Object is situated in the village Salatić and its ideal location puts you within 10 minutes drive from the city of Krk. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful area and is a great spot for a relaxing family getaway in the countryside.
This pleasantly furnished studio is fully equipped and intended for two people. Double bed, kitchenette and dining table, all in one space, and a balcony is overlooking the garden. Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and all necessary kitchenware. The most interesting feature is its lovely terrace surrounded by garden and rich mediterranean vegetation. Apartment has a separate entrance. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House rules:
- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- A baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply)
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
