Description
The house is located in a quiet, peaceful residential area and its ideal location puts you within five minutes walk to the public beach Koralj, connected with the center of Krk by 1.5 km long promenade along the sea. In the immediate vicinity there is a restaurant, bar and food store.
Located on the second floor, Room nr. 6 is intended only for two guests and has its own bathroom with shower. The room is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and refrigerator. From the lovely balcony you can enjoy a sea view. Smoking is allowed only outside the unit, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House rules:
- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Please note the room is not suitable for children under 3 years of age
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
