- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- A baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply)
- Guests are kindly asked to clean the barbecue area after use
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
- Pets are welcome only with prior notice and at an additional fee. Guests bringing pets are fully responsible for them and must not leave them unattended in the unit for extended periods, especially if this may cause distress or disturbance
- Late check-in (after 9:00 PM) is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. An additional fee of EUR 20.00 applies for arrivals after 9:00 PM
