- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment

- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water.

- Baby cot is available upon guest's​ request in advance and is subject to availability.

- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00

- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document

- Pets are welcome upon prior notice. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.

- Later check-ins (after 9 p.m.) are subject to availability and must be arranged before arrival. An extra fee of 20.00 euros applies for arrivals after 9 p.m

- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
