Das Objekt befindet sich im Zentrum von Krk und 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus besteht aus einer geräumigen und voll ausgestatteten Wohnung. Der Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit steht den Gästen zur Verfügung.
Apartment 4 befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem, zwei Doppelzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist komplett mit allen notwendigen Küchengeräten ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer bietet direkten Zugang zur möblierten Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen.

- Guests are kindly requested to keep the unit in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
- When leaving the unit, guests are kindly asked to switch off lights and electrical appliances and ensure that water and gas taps are turned off
- To respect all guests and neighbours, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

- Guests are kindly asked to clean the barbecue area after use
- The unit may only be used by registered guests with valid identification. Visits from unregistered persons are not permitted
- We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. In case of serious violations, the property reserves the right to request termination of the stay in accordance with the booking conditions
